After Mike accidentally shoots a hole in the
roof of his squad (police) car, his colleagues gather to make fun of him.

at you (atcha)- the roof of the car was attacking him
Moon roof- many
cars have “sun roofs” and “moon roofs” which are both an extra window in the
roof of the car.
Everybody get their
shots in- he’s telling everyone to go ahead and insult him and or make
jokes about what he did.
